These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to Aminox.net (the “Website”) and purchases from AMINO X LLC (“AMINO X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Website or purchasing any product.

By accessing the Website, passing the Research Access gate, creating an account, submitting an order, checking any research-use certification, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, do not purchase products from AMINO X.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

AMINO X supplies products designated Research Use Only (“RUO”) exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific, educational, and other lawful research purposes.

Products designated “Research Use Only,” “RUO,” or “Not for Human Consumption” are:

  • NOT intended for human consumption or administration;

  • NOT intended for veterinary consumption or administration;

  • NOT offered as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices;

  • NOT offered for diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease;

  • NOT offered or intended to affect the structure or function of the human or animal body;

  • NOT offered for therapeutic, medical, cosmetic, recreational, performance-enhancement, weight-management, or self-experimentation purposes; and

  • NOT intended for injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.

Purchase of an AMINO X product does not authorize any use inconsistent with its labeling, these Terms, or applicable law.

2. AGE AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Access to AMINO X is restricted to persons 21 years of age or older.

The Website uses a Research Access gate requiring age verification and providing notice of the research-only nature of the Website.

Passing the Research Access gate does not by itself establish purchaser qualification or create a right to purchase any product.

AMINO X may impose additional purchaser qualification, verification, or certification requirements at checkout or before fulfillment.

3. PURCHASER ELIGIBILITY

You may purchase an RUO product from AMINO X only if you:

  1. are at least 21 years old;

  2. are purchasing for a legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific, educational, or other lawful research purpose;

  3. possess or have access to knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and supervision appropriate for the safe handling of the materials ordered;

  4. understand that research materials may have known or unknown hazards;

  5. are capable of reviewing applicable product documentation and Certificates of Analysis;

  6. will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and other laws and regulations; and

  7. are not purchasing for yourself or another person or animal for a prohibited use.

AMINO X may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate purchaser eligibility or intended use.

AMINO X reserves the right to refuse, hold, limit, or cancel an order when it reasonably believes the purchaser or intended use does not satisfy these requirements.

4. RESEARCHER / ORGANIZATION CLASSIFICATION

AMINO X may require purchasers to identify the general category of research activity or organization associated with an order.

Providing a classification does not constitute certification, endorsement, accreditation, or verification by AMINO X that a purchaser is a professional researcher, licensed laboratory, academic institution, healthcare professional, or other regulated entity.

Purchasers are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information.

5. CHECKOUT CERTIFICATIONS

As a condition of purchasing RUO products, AMINO X may require affirmative certifications during checkout.

By submitting an order after accepting those certifications, you expressly represent and warrant that:

  • RUO products in the order are being purchased solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific, or other lawful research;

  • the products will not be used in or on humans or animals;

  • you are not purchasing the products for personal use, medical treatment, weight management, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, cosmetic use, self-experimentation, or administration to another person or animal;

  • you are at least 21 years old;

  • you understand the products’ Research Use Only designation; and

  • you agree to comply with applicable RUO restrictions and these Terms.

These certifications are material conditions of the transaction.

AMINO X may maintain records of certifications and acceptance of these Terms in connection with an order, subject to applicable law and the AMINO X Privacy Policy.

False or misleading certifications may result in cancellation of an order, suspension or termination of purchasing privileges, or refusal of future transactions.

6. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

RUO products purchased from AMINO X must not be used for:

  • human administration;

  • veterinary administration;

  • self-experimentation;

  • clinical treatment;

  • medical treatment;

  • compounding or preparation for human or veterinary administration;

  • weight-management treatment;

  • bodybuilding or performance enhancement;

  • cosmetic or anti-aging treatment;

  • diagnosis, mitigation, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease;

  • manufacture or preparation of an unauthorized drug for human or veterinary use; or

  • any other purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Use contrary to these restrictions is expressly unauthorized and outside the purposes for which AMINO X offers the product.

7. NO MEDICAL OR VETERINARY ADVICE

Nothing on Aminox.net or in AMINO X product documentation, Certificates of Analysis, educational materials, emails, advertising, social-media content, customer communications, or other materials constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

AMINO X does not provide individualized medical advice, dosing protocols, treatment recommendations, injection instructions, administration instructions, or guidance concerning use of RUO products in humans or animals.

Requests for such guidance may be declined.

Anyone seeking medical advice should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

8. SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product descriptions and scientific information are provided for legitimate research and informational purposes.

References to chemical identity, molecular pathways, receptors, mechanisms, analytical characteristics, published research, experimental findings, or scientific literature do not constitute a representation or recommendation that a product is safe, effective, approved, or appropriate for human or veterinary use.

Purchasers are responsible for independently determining whether a product is appropriate for their lawful research application.

9. REGULATORY STATUS

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product and supported by applicable regulatory authorization, products designated RUO by AMINO X are not offered as FDA-approved drugs or other FDA-approved products for human or veterinary use.

The listing, sale, testing, purity, identity, or availability of a research product must not be interpreted as FDA approval, authorization for clinical use, or evidence of safety or effectiveness for any medical purpose.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as implying sponsorship, approval, authorization, or endorsement by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other governmental agency.

10. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS AND ANALYTICAL TESTING

Where available, AMINO X may provide Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) or other analytical testing information associated with products or lots.

A COA reports analytical results obtained under the conditions identified in the applicable report.

A COA does NOT constitute:

  • FDA approval;

  • authorization for human or veterinary use;

  • medical certification;

  • a representation of clinical safety or effectiveness; or

  • authorization to use a product contrary to its RUO designation.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing applicable documentation and determining suitability for their lawful research application.

11. PRODUCT HANDLING, STORAGE, AND SAFETY

Research materials may present known or unknown hazards.

Purchasers are responsible for maintaining appropriate facilities, equipment, storage conditions, laboratory practices, personal protective equipment, documentation, safety procedures, and disposal practices appropriate for the materials purchased.

Products should be handled only by persons possessing appropriate knowledge and training.

Any storage or handling information provided by AMINO X relates solely to preservation, laboratory handling, or research integrity and must not be interpreted as instructions for human or veterinary administration.

12. NO HUMAN-USE PREPARATION OR ADMINISTRATION GUIDANCE

AMINO X does not provide instructions concerning dosing, injection, administration, or preparation of RUO products for human or veterinary use.

Any laboratory preparation, handling, concentration, or analytical information provided by AMINO X is intended solely for legitimate non-clinical research purposes and must not be interpreted or repurposed as instructions for human or veterinary administration.

13. ORDER REVIEW AND RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

All orders are subject to acceptance and compliance review by AMINO X.

An automated order confirmation does not constitute an unconditional obligation to fulfill an order.

AMINO X may, when reasonably appropriate:

  • request additional information;

  • place an order on hold;

  • limit quantities;

  • cancel an order;

  • refuse fulfillment;

  • suspend or close an account; or

  • refuse future service.

Such action may be taken for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, sanctions, export-control, payment-processing, or research-use compliance reasons.

AMINO X may refuse or review an order when purchaser communications, purchasing patterns, certifications, requested information, or other circumstances reasonably indicate an intended use inconsistent with these Terms.

14. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING PROHIBITED USE

Communications indicating an intention to administer an RUO product to a human or animal, use it for medical or therapeutic purposes, obtain dosing or administration guidance, or otherwise use it contrary to these Terms may result in refusal or cancellation of an order and suspension of purchasing privileges.

AMINO X personnel are not authorized to provide guidance facilitating prohibited human or veterinary use.

15. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information concerning your identity, age, research classification, billing information, shipping information, and certifications.

Accounts may not be created using false information or for the purpose of circumventing purchaser restrictions.

You must promptly notify AMINO X if you believe your account has been compromised.

16. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND ORDER ERRORS

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

AMINO X attempts to maintain accurate product, inventory, and pricing information but may correct typographical, technical, inventory, or pricing errors.

Where an order cannot lawfully or accurately be fulfilled, AMINO X may cancel the affected transaction and provide an appropriate refund.

Transactions may also be subject to the terms, risk controls, and requirements of applicable payment providers.

17. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

AMINO X may restrict shipment to particular jurisdictions or decline shipment where legal, regulatory, carrier, sanctions, export-control, payment-provider, or compliance concerns exist.

Shipping, delivery, damaged-package, lost-package, and related provisions are additionally governed by the AMINO X Shipping & Returns Policy.

18. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the AMINO X Shipping & Returns Policy in effect at the time of the applicable transaction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

19. RESALE, REDISTRIBUTION, AND RELABELING

Unless expressly authorized in writing by AMINO X, purchasers may not represent, advertise, market, redistribute, relabel, repackage, formulate, compound, or resell an AMINO X RUO product as a product intended, approved, safe, or effective for human or veterinary use.

No purchaser, reseller, distributor, affiliate, or third party is authorized to make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, disease, weight-management, performance, safety, efficacy, dosing, administration, or other unauthorized human-use claims on behalf of AMINO X.

20. AFFILIATES, PROMOTERS, AND THIRD-PARTY MARKETING

Participation in an AMINO X affiliate, referral, ambassador, promotional, or similar program does not authorize a participant to make claims concerning human consumption, dosing, administration, treatment, therapeutic effects, disease, weight loss, body composition, performance enhancement, clinical safety, efficacy, or other unauthorized human-use claims concerning AMINO X RUO products.

Affiliates and promoters must comply with:

  • applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws;

  • applicable endorsement and disclosure requirements;

  • AMINO X affiliate policies;

  • applicable platform rules; and

  • AMINO X instructions concerning permissible product representations.

AMINO X may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship and require correction or removal of content that violates these requirements.

21. TESTIMONIALS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

AMINO X does not authorize testimonials, reviews, comments, social-media content, or other user-generated material to represent RUO products as intended, approved, safe, or effective for human or veterinary use.

AMINO X reserves the right to moderate or remove content from channels under its control where that content promotes prohibited uses or makes unauthorized claims.

Third-party statements made without authorization do not alter the intended research-use status of AMINO X products.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY MARKS

AMINO X respects the intellectual-property rights of others.

References to chemical substances, scientific terminology, published research, research compounds, or third-party entities are for lawful identification, scientific, informational, or comparative purposes as applicable and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, approval, or endorsement by a pharmaceutical manufacturer or other third party.

Third-party trademarks and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.

No purchaser, affiliate, distributor, or other person may use AMINO X branding in a manner falsely suggesting authorization to make medical, therapeutic, regulatory, or human-use claims.

23. AMINO X WEBSITE CONTENT

Except for third-party materials, marks, and other content owned by their respective owners, original content created by AMINO X—including branding, graphics, text, photographs, design elements, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to AMINO X and may be protected by intellectual-property law.

No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the Website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

24. PROHIBITED WEBSITE ACTIVITY

You may not:

  • use the Website for unlawful purposes;

  • provide fraudulent or materially misleading information;

  • circumvent age, research-access, account, or purchaser-verification controls;

  • interfere with Website security;

  • impersonate another person or organization;

  • use AMINO X content to promote prohibited human or veterinary use;

  • use an account to purchase products on behalf of a person who would otherwise be prohibited from purchasing them; or

  • use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Website may reference or link to independent laboratories, payment providers, shipping companies, publications, websites, or other third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, control, or affiliation.

AMINO X is not responsible for independent third-party content, representations, privacy practices, availability, or services except as required by applicable law.

26. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND RUO PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY AMINO X.

AMINO X DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OR REQUIRED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AMINO X MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT AN RUO PRODUCT IS SAFE, EFFECTIVE, APPROVED, OR SUITABLE FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMINO X LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED USE, MISUSE, IMPROPER HANDLING, OR USE OF A PRODUCT CONTRARY TO ITS LABELING OR THESE TERMS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

28. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMINO X LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your:

  • material violation of these Terms;

  • unlawful or unauthorized use of a product;

  • use of an RUO product in or on humans or animals;

  • unauthorized resale, relabeling, redistribution, or marketing;

  • materially false representations concerning your intended use, age, identity, or qualifications; or

  • violation of applicable law or another party’s rights.

This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.

29. REGULATORY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Purchasers are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and regulations applicable to their activities and jurisdiction.

AMINO X may modify product availability, purchasing requirements, verification procedures, shipping destinations, marketing practices, product descriptions, policies, or other business practices when reasonably appropriate in response to changes in law, regulatory requirements, enforcement developments, payment-provider requirements, or legitimate safety concerns.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, circumvent, defeat, or override requirements imposed by the United States Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, other governmental authorities, or applicable law.

30. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

AMINO X may suspend or terminate access to the Website, an account, affiliate participation, or purchasing privileges for violation of these Terms or when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including restrictions concerning product use, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and applicable dispute provisions—will survive to the extent permitted by law.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

32. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.

33. NO WAIVER

Failure by AMINO X to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or AMINO X’s right to enforce it subsequently.

34. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

AMINO X may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, Website functionality, products, or business practices.

The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, product-specific restrictions, checkout certifications, affiliate terms where applicable, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the Website and purchases through it.
