Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain products may require refrigerated storage upon delivery. Customers are responsible for promptly receiving and properly storing all products according to label instructions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

Video and/or pictures of package and opening of package will help expedite processing.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research-use-only materials, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • the incorrect item was shipped
  • the item arrived damaged
  • the package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
